Yes. We always carry out a meet and greet, so we can meet you and your pet, assess behaviour.

Yes. All staff are insured and DBS checked. We also carry basic first aid kits on walks.

Group sizes vary by age, size and temperament, but we limit groups to a maximum that ensures safe, positive social interaction. We’ll discuss exact numbers at the meet and greet.

Yes, only after careful assessment and if the dogs are compatible. We do not mix dogs that show aggression or high stress.

Reactive dogs will be assessed case by case. Some may be suitable for tailored one to one walks or a slow introduction programme. Safety is our priority.

We recommend pets use their own lead and harness. We carry spare leads and bowls, but we prefer to follow your dog’s usual equipment for comfort and safety.
