Yes. We always carry out a meet-and-greet so we can meet you and your pet, assess behaviour.

Yes. All staff are insured and DBS checked. We also carry basic first-aid kits on walks.

Group sizes vary by age, size and temperament, but we limit groups to a maximum that ensures safe, positive social interaction. We’ll discuss exact numbers at the meet-and-greet

Yes, only after careful assessment and if the dogs are compatible. We do not mix dogs that show aggression or high stress

Reactive dogs will be assessed case by case. Some may be suitable for tailored one-to-one walks or a slow introduction programme. Safety is our priority.

We are keyless, its best to have a key box.

We recommend pets use their own lead and harness. For shortfalls we carry spare leads and bowls, but we prefer to follow your dog’s usual equipment for comfort and safety.

We ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations where possible. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee; details are in our terms and conditions.
