Emergency Sharing: You agree that in a medical emergency, your details and your pet’s medical history may be shared with a registered veterinarian.

Security: Your contact information and property access codes are stored securely on password-protected digital devices and will never be shared with unauthorised individuals.

Retention: If you stop using our services, your home access codes and addresses will be permanently deleted from our system immediately.
